Classes

We teach a variety of classes. It is our aim, through our teachings, that we can inspire, encourage, and guide our students to greater well-being and wholeness. Our sessions include the practices of asanas (postures), pranayama (breathwork), partyahara (sense withdrawal), dharana (focused concentration), dhyana (meditation), strength training, and circus skills (juggling, acro, aerial, silk, trapeze and tippy hoop). We also offer talks and guidance on how to live healthy, diet, nutrition, minimalism, off-grid living, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
